I purchased this item directly from WD bathrooms. It arrived without the toilet seat, when I contacted WD bathrooms they refused to take any responsibility. They could not even send me another seat even after I offered to pay for it. The WC is terrible, the flushing does not cover the entire unit ( the front 40% is never covered ) and there is not enough force to even flush a single square of toilet paper.
